    The first call

Weekdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., you speak with the admissions team about what is going on, what you have tried, and what your circumstances allow. Nothing is committed to at this stage.

  2. 02 / 04

    Clinical assessment

A licensed clinician completes a confidential assessment of your substance use history, mental health history and medical needs. This determines the appropriate level of care.

  3. 03 / 04

    Insurance verification

With your written permission, we contact your insurer about coverage, exclusions and network status, and give you a cost estimate before you decide. A benefits check is an estimate, not a payment guarantee.

  4. 04 / 04

    Your treatment plan

You agree on a start date and an individualized plan covering the program, therapies and schedule. If another provider is a better fit, we say so and help you get there.
