As Director of Operations, Brian Hurley serves to guide the day-to-day work of the organization’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Brian supports coordinated, efficient operations across teams and services, with a focus on quality, regulatory requirements, and a respectful, patient-centered experience.
Working closely with clinical and administrative staff, Brian helps strengthen the systems and processes that support accessible, consistent behavioral health care. Brian is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where clients receive thoughtful support throughout their treatment journey.
Brian received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing prior to joining South Jersey Recovery Program.
